I AM ENOUGH! HEALTH AND WELLNESS CAMP

Our tuition-free 4 day summer camp aims to teach kids physical, emotional, and mental health well being. We will be providing activities and workshops aimed at introducing the importance of mental and physical health while incorporating life skills training, as well as cultural and educational activities. Good mental health allows children to develop socially and to have the confidence to take on new challenges. Kids understanding how to care for emotional and physical needs helps them to develop into happy, functional adults.

I AM ENOUGH! FUNDRAISER
For your donation of $50 or more, we will send you this beautiful adjustable silver ring declaring, "I Am Enough!" Your donation will help support our 2022 Health & Wellness: I AM ENOUGH camp for girls, where we will address issues of physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing. We sponsor overnight summer camps at the Potts Family Farm in Remus, Michigan. We believe camping benefits our youth as it allows them to learn independence in a safe and controlled environment. Children become more confident as they learn new things and have first-time experiences.
